to formulate a program approach to gender mainstreaming. Supervised eight
national professional consultants to develop a Gender and Development
Training Manual, provide training of trainers courses to 100 core trainers

in relation to proposed legislative reforms. ·

issues of involvement of chiefs, mandate, role, responsibilities and
functions, structure, finance, systems and procedures, and staffing and

process, budget and work plan of the Provincial Government Review Committee

consideration of PGRC. Consulted NGO, church and women’s organisation

Project for the Ministry of Vocational Training and Rural Industries as the
